I have a flow that is supposed to send an approval based on a response in a Form. The Form was submitted at 9pm last night, and the flow says the approval was sent then with no issues, but the recipient of the approval did not get the email until 11am this morning. Has anyone seen these types of delays before/know what would cause them? Flow history for the sender shows it was sent at 9pm last night, and a similar request did go out at 9pm last night, so it seems like a random fluke?

This is a know issue that has been mitigated. Approval emails will be sent on time now.
