Create a File then Email it

We're pulling XML data from an API and can easily use the [Create File] action to create a new XML file.  The next desired step is to email that newly created file to a client.

The assumption would be to use the [Send email v2 (or v3)].  What is unintuitive is how to properly populate the [Attachment Name - 1] and [Attachment Contents - 1] values with the identifiers from the newly created file.

Please provide an exact example.
