Add Red or Green square Image into Word document depending on MS Forms response

Hey,

I Have a MS Form with some questions which are answered by Yes or No, and these responses are saved to a word document.

I'm wondering how to insert a little red or Green box into the word document also as in, if the response is Yes there will be a little green box image inserted into the Word document, also if the response is a No then a little rex box will be inserted.

Any help will be much appreciated

Yes it is a table but its a word document not HTML
