Create a word file (.docx) with Rich Text Content(Text must be bold, italic, underlined, highlighted, etc). The document can be saved in sp doc lib, list item attachment, one drive.
Steps performed
=====================
1) When an item is created in the sp list trigger the wf .
Option A
==============
Create a dummy HTML use the replace function and save the file as .docx. The issue is that the .docx file is getting created but I am unable to open it. Below is the screenshot I am getting after docx is getting created but it cannot be opened.
Option B
===========
use the action/ connector "Populate word template " used developer tools in Word inserted content controls & Quick parts as well but the limitation in the connector is it will not append Rich Text in Word. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/wordonlinebusiness/

Apologies its very late for me, but I believe I see the issue.
You are telling the 2nd Compose to replace Test with the output of itself, which doesn't exist yet.
If you open the File in NotePad or NotePad++ or any other Text reader, can you share what you see.
I believe you have corrupted the content by doing what you are doing in Compose 2
