Outlook to Excel Table Flow: Body of Email Text Only

I am extremely new to Flow but I like what I see. I am working with the Outlook to Excel Table Flow template. This Flow takes the attributes of an email (to, from, cc, received time, and enters that information into a Excel Table stored on OneDrive.

This is good information to have. However if I select the body of the email I have noticed that it enters a lot of junk information such as the html of how the email was constructed.

Is there anyway just to get the text of the body of the email and ignore everything else?

You can try using the HTML to Text action.

Use the output of Html to text to populate your spreadsheet. Hopefully that does what you're looking for.
