Select multiple choices in web page

Im working on a flow that basically will search objects by an ID, the problem is that some of this objects IDs have more than 1 object. How can I select everything that appears on the web page? I want the RPA to select the "Checkbox" if only 1 object appears  and if 10 objects appear to also select those 10.

Example (Normal):

Example (Multiple objects):

    Hi carcmena99,

it woud be helpful to inspect the web page to find out the selectors.

Usually I would start with creating an UI selector fo the first checkbox and with extract data from web page to get the changing parts of the selector.

You will not be able to click on 10 different elements using a single action (unless there is a button to select everything). You will likely need to build a loop that iterates through each item and selects it. For this to work, you will need to create a selector that is dynamic and usually includes some sort of a row index or something like that.

I suggest reading this article on modifying selectors: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/build-custom-selectors#use-variables-in-a-custom-selector as well as watching this tutorial for more info: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2PcyBa22Jj8&ab_channel=Thomas%22Shaky%22Petersen

Hey thanks for the reply, I really need to fix this quickly can I do something like this:

    Step 1: EXTRACT website info

    Step 2: If WEBDATA.ROWCOUNT = 2,3 OR 4

    Select 2, 3 or 4

    Can I do this?

Not really. Maybe it’s possible with a quick and dirty solution using your approach with send keys to mark the checkboxes within a loop, but for a stable approach you should find the difference between the checkbox selectors first to find the way how to define and use the selector with variable values.
