I can't get web elements from any browser

Hi

I am trying to get elements in a browser but PAD won't recognize my browser.

I have powerautomate desktop web extension install on my edge/chrome browser but both won't recognize the browser.

Nothing happens clicking on an element.

Also tried on 2 different machines with Edge and Chrome but both are the same.  PAD just won't recognize my browser.

 

I am on Windows 11, it used to work in the past with Windows 10. Is PAD not supported on windows 11?

    PAD runs just fine on Windows 11.
    What version of Windows (Insider??) are you running / My version 21H2 Build 22000.318
    What version of Edge are you running /  My version 96.0.1054.43
    What version of the Edge/Chrome extension are you running / My version 2.0.9 on both browsers

    Hi Thanks for the help!

    So I was able to get it working on a Windows 10 device. I noticed that the PAD version was different on this device. I don't have the devices that didn't work with me right now(they are in another office) but I remember the ones that didn't work had PAD version 2.15

    2.14 worked just fine. 

    Another thing I noticed was that in 2.15 I did not see the following icons. There was just one icon that looked like a desktop pc

    Version 96.0.1054.43 (Official build) (64-bit)

    Windows 10  19043.1348
