Hello everyone. I hope you're all fine.

I'm experiencing the following error when I try to run/edit an specific desktop flow:

Other desktop flows are run/edited with no issue.

Can some one help me, please? I can't find any site for getting specific support from Microsoft.
Best Regards

Was it built by someone else?  I wonder if your rights have been pulled.

This doesn't seem like the same issue, but I commonly run into an issue where my connection is hung up when I try to open PAD one day to the next.  I go to task manager (ctrl-alt-delete) and find any "Power Automate" processes open, right click and End Task.  Every time I open PAD after doing this, it works fine.

    Hope this helps,

    Mike

Thank you for the replay, mister MichaelAnnis.

I've killed the "Power Automate" process as you said to do and reopened it. But no luck... The same issue is still happening. Also, I have no shares in Power Automate. I created from scratch all my flows.

Very odd.  I'd say open a ticket, but I feel like they would take forever.

You might be better off just trying to re-copy the flow to a new flow.  You can literally just copy and paste entire subflows, so it shouldn't take too long.

    Best of luck!

Thanks again for the replay. But unfortunately I can't even copy from the bugy flow, because I can't open it for editing. It seems I lost the flow by now. Where and how can I open a ticket for Microsoft to address this issue?

Please check whether all Power Automate services are running fine on your machine. If any are stopped, start them. There should be 4.

Also, if possible, try opening the same flow on a different machine. You will have access to it, if you sign into PAD with the same user account.

Hello, mister Agnus. How do I check for the Power Automate services? I found some in the Task Manager, but only three are running. How do I start the missing ones? I can't run the flows in other machines.

Click Start and open the "Services" app on your machine. Find the following services and if any of them is not running, start it:

You can start it by right-clicking it and pressing "Start" (only available when they're not running).

When you say you "can't run it in other machines", does that mean that you don't have any other machines to test it on, or that you tried it, but the same error occurred?

Hello, mister Agnius. How do you do? I got to fix the issue after: 1) killing the processes in the Task Manager; 2) deleting all Windows temporary files + memory dump files + files recovered by Chkdsk (using Revo Uninstaller 2.4.5 >> Tools >> Windows Cleaner). 3) restarting PAD. Now I can run/edit all my flows again. Thank you for your attention. Best regards!
