Automated Birthday Card

Hi,
 
After several failed attempts I am wondering if anyone has an "oven ready" flow that they would share that would:
 
1. do a daily check for individuals birthday from an excel or MS list
2. Send an automated birthday email to the person whos birthday it was. Ideally with some clipart etc in it.
