I have a power automate flow which was running fine until yesterday. Now I get a status unknown and it won't let me cancel the run. I have turned the flow off for now.
Wait and Retry: Sometimes the platform resolves the unknown status automatically after some time. If possible, wait 15-30 minutes and check again if the run status updates or cancels.
Turn Off the Flow: You’ve already done this, which prevents new runs from starting but doesn’t clear the stuck run.
Manually Terminate the Run (If Possible): In the Power Automate portal, try to open the run details and look for a “Terminate” or “Cancel” button. If it’s disabled or missing, this confirms the run is stuck.
Check for Platform Issues: Visit the Power Platform Service Health (status.powerplatform.microsoft.com in Bing) page to see if there are ongoing incidents affecting flow runs or connectors.
Clone and Recreate the Flow: Sometimes, cloning the flow to a new flow and turning off the original can clear stuck runs and resolve unknown status issues.
Contact Microsoft Support: If the stuck run persists and blocks your work, raising a support ticket with Microsoft can help, as they can clear stuck runs from backend.
