Formatting on Incoming Email

Hello, I created a power automate flow and now the email does not have a list of what I am looking for. I am getting data from two sharepoint sites one is a master list of all employees and then the other is our weekly tracker for workload. I am trying to build a flow that sends an email to our supervisor for those employees who have not logged an entry into the tracker within the last 7 days. Below is the email I am getting when I test it, but nothing seems to be populating in my HTML table but I see names and email in the raw data outputs. Also I have attached my current steps for reference 1-15, I can only attached three screenshots and steps 16-17 is as follows. Step 16 shows condition any missing and then 17 sends the email. Let me know if there are any steps we should dig deeper into and I can show that data.

Hi,

Please verify the output of "HTML missingemployee table" if you are getting html code or not. In "Send an email" action, pass the html table in the email body to render it inside email.

Thanks for the reply I have outputs in previous steps but not on this one, see attached. Just the name and email headers seem to be coming out. But not the data I am looking for which is those employees who have not logged an entry into our tracker the past 7 days.

Hi,

Please share the screenshot of the SharePoint get items action in edit mode to check why it is not returning data. Also, share the screenshot of "Show raw inputs" of the same action from flow run history. screen to check the filter query text during flow execution.

Hi,

Check Select Action Input Raw data shows names or emails, so Select before HTML table has data. Click Select in run history - see if From uses correct array and Map has Name or Email fields right ----- item()?['Name']).

Wrong From in HTML table From must be Select output not from Get items. Change to body('Select').
Table needs array of objects with headers. Test with Automatic columns.

Condition on Array Length Before HTML table, add Condition: length(body('Select')) > 0. Only create table send if true or not for cross verify. Empty array makes empty table body.

Add Compose after Select: body('Select'). Run flow - see array format in output. Fix Select Map if names or emails show as null undefined

Hello Manish, Appreciate the help I attached the screenshots I hope I provided what you needed. I have two sharepoints with emails and names. One of the sharepoints is our weekly tracker the other is master list of all employees. I am tracking to compare the master list of all employees to those that did not log in an entry for the week in our weekly tracker.
