Unable to select a text string

Hi people,

I have built a flow to login to a web app, navigate to a particular page after multiple clicks and then copy paste a value from excel file.

In relation to click an object in the website, I’m unable to select a text string that appears when an empty field is clicked.

It is not a drop down value.

Request help.

Ganesh from India

    Hi @Ganesh99

Have you used click action for that to click that specific text ?

    Thanks & Regards,

Can you share a screenshot of what it is you are trying to click on?

Which action are you trying to use?

    Hi Agnius,

    Here is the SS.

Hope the Screen shot is legible.

When I click on warehouse, the only possible value RAC-RALA appears. But I tried a lot of options in PA. No luck yet. Even tried JS to just click this. But no solution yet.

You may wish to contact on WA +918451046072.

Would be very grateful to be guided.

    Regards

    Ganesh

    Hi Nivid,

Yes. I used the click. But it doesn't work.

    Thanks

Instead of click, could you try typing the required value and press enter ?

    Thanks & Regards,

It should be possible with a Press button in web page action, if you capture the element correctly, and also make your flow click on the field to make the option visible before attempting to press on it.

Can you try to capture it and share a screenshot of the selector?

Also, can you try right-clicking it on the browser itself and selecting "Inspect", so you can see the element in the browser's developer tools? And share a screenshot of that, too.
