MAJOR BUG in Flow Details

I am writing to report a major bug my organization recently noticed. In the Flow Details, where you can choose which connectors use the maker's credentials vs. the user's credentials, the UI is completely blocked and cut off. We can't find a way to see or edit the connector credentials like we used to!

Anyone else notice this ???

UPDATE: I am writing about the Connections pane that appears on the top right corner of the Details page. Not the Run-only users pane. We used to be able to configure credentials for each connector in the Connections by clicking "See all". Now, the UI appears buggy and we are not seeing the "See all" option.

    Root Causes
    • Browser zoom / screen resolution issues
    • Recent Microsoft UI bugs
    • Embedded panels inside solutions not rendering properly
    Fixes / Workarounds
    Zoom Out
    • Reduce browser zoom (80–90%)
    Open Flow Outside Solution (Best)
    Go to:
    • make.powerautomate.com → My Flows
    • Edit Run-only users there
    Try Different Browser
    • Edge or Incognito mode

    Thanks

    Hi @PPSeason80,

The connector credentials UI in Flow Details can be blocked or cut off when Microsoft changes the way “Run‑only users” and connection references are managed - this is one of the many chances (that @11manish mentioned).

We have a kind of similar issue ( the maker's credentials vs. the user's credentials) in this thread and we found a verified answer on this. Please do a check - if this is the same issue you are facing.

Also, I would suggest two areas:

    • Connection References - Microsoft has moved many flows to use connection references instead of direct connector credentials. For this particular case the old “maker vs. user credentials” toggle is hidden, and you must edit the connection reference itself. This often appears as a blocked or missing UI in Flow Details.
    • Run‑Only User Settings - The ability to choose whether a connector runs under the maker’s or the user’s credentials is now controlled under Run‑only users. If this setting is disabled or restricted by admins, the UI will appear blocked. You may need to reconfigure the flow’s Run‑only users to expose the credential options

Please let me know if this helps.

I am sure some clues I tried to give. If these clues help to resolve the issue brought you by here, please don't forget to check the box Does this answer your question? At the same time, I am pretty sure you have liked the response!

We defaulted to using the Run-Only pane and addressing the credential concerns there. My post is concerning the Connections pane in the top right corner of the Flow Details UI. As of a week ago, you could click "See All" on your connections and perform the credential configuration there. So, I guess what I am trying to say is, we used to be able to do in two places, now it's just the Run-Only pane in the bottom right where you do it. We are caught off guard by it, and secondly, the expanded UI of the connections pane in the top right ( appears as a side pane on the window when expanded ) looks buggy which could explain something going on behind the scenes.
