Hi guys, hoping to get some help to determine if flow can achieve what I have in mind.
We use outlook calendar to manage our teaching schedule. There are 10 appointments for each student over 5 weeks, so 2 training sessions per week. At the end of the fourth week (when appointment 8 has ended) we would like to trigger an email reminder.
Any ideas?

Maybe you could set the email reminder directly when creating these appointments, and set Email reminder in appointment 8.
Customize the reminder time, you could set the time to the end of this appointment 8 .
When the time comes to the end of the appointment 8, the message will be sent automatically, and the prompt message can be typed in the reminder message.
