It depends on the change you are looking to have the flow trigger. If you want the flow to trigger when a field is not blank any longer, you could use a trigger condition where the field is not(empty(your field)). However, every time the item is updated and the field is still not empty, the flow will trigger again.

The other option is to use the Get changes for an item. You can learn how this works at Run a flow when a SharePoint column is modified - Microsoft Power Platform Blog. You would use a condition to check if the field returns true from this action.

This is the skeleton of the flow

Trigger as - SP Item Creation or Modification

Action 1- To Capture the changes in item

Action 2 (Optional) - Send e-Mail about the change.

You can also visit this article Get Current & Previous Item in SharePoint List Using Power Automate which is detailed and step by step.

    Hi @CU13050910-0,

    Use this approach:

    • Trigger:

    • “When an item is created or modified”

    • Add action:

    • “Get changes for an item or a file (properties only)”

    • Use:

    • ID = Item ID
    • Since = Trigger Window Start Token

    • Add condition:

    • Check “Has Column Changed: ” = true

This is the standard Microsoft-recommended way to trigger logic only when a specific SharePoint column changes.
