How do I retrieve the flow session ID of a desktop flow?

Im trying to get the log history of each of my desktop flow runs using an API, to do this I need to pass the flows session ID as a variable. Anyone have any idea to do this?

 

You can see the API URL using the flow session ID but Im not sure how to retrieve this from the PowerAutomate desktop app
