Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a Power Apps flow that links to an excel spreadsheet, a user fills out the microsoft form with details which then automatically updates a spreadsheet, however for the past few days the spreadsheet hasn't been updating and I have multiple failed flows. A reason I am getting is due to the operation being throttled and not sure how to fix this?
