Hi Guys,

I have an approval flow which is including the flow owner on every approval email, the field on the approval email is 'Created By', I have no idea why it shows the flow owner but it's really annoying.

It looks like you can't remove this fields from approvals so I figured the next best option would be to update the flow owner from myself to a service account that runs the approvals. When I try to add the service account as an owner I get the above error message.

Any ideas?

    Hi @JimJim ,

Has the service account been granted a role in the environment and a relevant license?

    Hi @eric-cheng ,

The infrastructure guy who set it up told me that it has the correct 365 licence, also I am using the same service account for my sharepoint and approval connections, would this not suggest that the licence was correct?

    Hi @JimJim ,

Depends.  M365 by itself isnt licensed for Dataverse as it's a premium connector.  You will either need a per flow, per user or a D365 license.

Thanks eric, really appreciate your help. I will take this information back to the infrastructure guy
