Export power bi report to .pptx

ReportReport

Hi all,

I am exporting power bi report to .pptx and sending the file as an email attachment using Power automate. This is a automated flow that recurs every month. The exported file contains Power BI link to access the report in the workspace. I dont want to provide link to the stakeholders. Can anyone please help me to export the report without the power bi link?

Thanks

    Hi,

Can you add some more info. and perhaps share the flow that you are currently using? This gives us a bit more information.

yes, I can provide with more details. The actions I am using in Power automate are:

Export to File for Power BI Reports -> Create file for One drive -> Get File Content -> Send an email (V2)

using the above flow, the Power BI report is exported to .pptx.

When I open the file and click on any slide, it is navigating to the Power BI report in app.powerbi.com. Means, there is a link add to every slide during export. Currently I am removing the link manually by right click on the slide and select "Remove link" so that even if a user clicks on the slide, it won't navigate to the report published in service. The requirement is not to have any manual intervention to the report, and it should be fully automated.

I am looking for a solution where the link should not get added or remove automatically from the exported file.

Please let me know if you need any further details.
