Hello,
I have been following @RezaDorrani's video: Power Automate long running Approval flows (beyond 30 days) and have created my flow with a similar setup.
The problem with my flow is that it it ends rather too quickly and whilst it does indeed send out an Approvals email notification,
this 'Apply to each' is greyed out which makes me think this is (for some reason) being skipped! - there isn't enough time to approve an item as the flow is completed within a duration of 00:00:01
Hoping someone can help me troubleshoot this.

Do you not need a Do Until somewhere and set the count and time out there. I had the same sort of issue recently, see post below:
