Flow Is Succeeding But Not Sending Emails

Whenever I run a test it says succeeded, but there is no email sent. It also says that there is a problem with the "AreTheyQualified" branching condition, but I am new to Power Automate, so I don't fully understand what is wrong with it. I tried changing a few things but nothing has worked so far. Any help is appreciated.

    What is the exact error message you are getting, and which action is generating the error? Try using contains for the QualifiedOrNot condition.
     
    Why no e-mail is being sent is most like a problem is your IsTheMailUnsent condition. I am not an Excel expert, but I don't think your mail sent column in your spreadsheet is a true Boolean value. What is actually stored in this column (yes, no). If so, replace true in your condition with the actual value (note it is case-sensitive). Most likely, the flow is always going down the no side of the condition.

    The error message says "ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied
    The execution of template action 'AreTheyQualified' skipped: the branching condition for this action is not satisfied."
