Hello,

i created a new environment on the power platform. Now i want to give certain users access to the environment so they can build power automate flows. But i get error when they try to access.

I followed these steps but users still have no access:

1. I created a Entra ID security group and added the users.

2. On the environment i created a team. The team is of type "Microsoft Entra ID Security Group" and Membership type "Members". I assigned the created Security Group.

3. I Managed the security roles of the team and added the roles "Baisc User" and "Environment Maker"

When the User open Power Automate they see the new environment in the List. But when hey try to access it they get the message "You don't have access to that environment".

The creation and changes were made 24 hours ago.

What am I missing?

An Entra security group linked to a Dataverse Team can be used to grant access to Power Platform Environments, apps, and automations all at once. The challenge is User will not appear in the Dataverse Team unless they have logged into the environment at least once. We can solve this by building a flow to force sync users and also update the Dataverse Team members when new users are added to an Entra Security group.
