I am having some trouble highlighted in red but I am sure the flow below could be better

1. When a file is created in OneDrive Business - get the latest file

2. Refresh Power BI

3. When a form is submitted via Microsoft Forms - get the latest response (unable to use response ID as it only display the selectable items such as list of records, body, list of ids)

4. Refresh Power BI

5. Get Power BI content in PDF format

6. Get the file name and content from step 1 and record detail from step 3

7. Add the items from step 5 and 6 to an email.
