When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3) Docusing trigger

Hi community!

Hope you're doing well,

 

I have troubles with "When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)" Docusing Trigger.

I have one flow which I send a Docusing sing request to someone and after this person sign the document, I want to put the signed document into a Sharepoint Folder. 

A second flow is activated with the "When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)" trigger, but it doesn't never execute.

I don't receive any warning or something related.

 

This is the flow. I have tried with click-agreed & envelope-completed.

Can someone help me, please?

    you can try the following steps:

    1. Double-check that the trigger is properly configured with the correct account, Connect name, and envelope event.
    2. Verify that the account you’re using to authenticate the DocuSign connection in Power Automate has the necessary permissions to access the envelope data.
    3. Check the logs for your flow to see if there are any error messages or other issues that could be causing the trigger to fail.
