Error Action Condition Failed en correos con datos

Estoy teniendo inconvenientes con el final de un flujo, específicamente en un correo interno que se debe enviar con datos. Adjunto el error que me está presentando y agradezco me pueden ayudar a resolverlo: el correo electrónico no nos está llegando a la bandeja de entrada que asignamos.
