I recently was tasked to fix some issues (connections) in the existing flow developed by a previous employee who left the company. However, once I click saved and published the changes in the original flow, the identifier changed. And thus, the linkage to the flow that was embedded in the button in other application (library form) has to change accordingly.
Later, I noticed that every day after I log off work, maybe due to idling, the identifier changes again and again.
It is very frustrating. I have researched and checked a few previous discussions in the forum, but I didn't find a solution. Could someone help provide some suggestions?
The other flows that are stored in the same environment, which I did not yet touch and update, are consistent. So, it seems not to be related to environment reasons.
I am fairly new to this, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Yesterday I changed the primary owner from the expired user account to a service account. Today, it looks static and the identifier did not change. Will continue to monitor for a few days, in case I missed anything.
Update: Now I am using the identifier ID from the owner's cloud flow, instead of from 'shared with me'. I think it is resolved now.
