In MS Flow,
I found some functions like workflow() and ,listcallbackURI().
I want to know how i can best utilize them ?
Whats the main objective of these functions ?

These functions help you get information about the workflow itself at run time.
The "listCallbackUrl()" returns a string to call to invoke the trigger or action.
The "workflow()" function provides you all the details for the workflow itself at the runtime.

Is there any function to list all running instances of a concurrent flow ?
I found a power shell command but not sure how it can be integrated with a power automate flow
I am running concurrent instances of a child flow - when all of them runs I need to update a variable but not sure how to do it
