Yes is true, the file in this webpage need some time to pop up the dialog but it seems like PAD doesnt want to wait after 60sec 😄

How can i bypass this restriction ?

Thanks a lot for your help.

It would help if you would paste some of your code (The part that handles the download" into you post.
It would give us a chance to see what you are doing 😊

Are you using a specific “click on download button” action?  Could you just use “click on link” or “click on button”. Apologies,  I can’t read the flow, but that would be my guess. Try a different action that won’t spit out that error.

another option would be an “On Error” command. So, “On Error”, wait for pop up window, save as, or whatever.

    good luck!

As Michael says: use the regular Click link action, then wait for the download dialog and interact with it.
