Does anyone know how i add the next corresponding folder number when a folder is created.

for example : below is a list that I have

the next number is 5 so how do i get sharpoint/power automate to create number 5 when it creates number 4 etc etc.

this is one of those annoying tasks that would save time

Power Automate doesn’t automatically figure out the next folder number for you, so here’s what you need to do:

Start by using Get files (properties only) from your SharePoint folder.
Next, pull out the existing folder names (like 1, 2, 3, 4…)
Then, find the highest number with a simple expression like max()
Just add +1 to that number to get the next folder number
Finally, use Create new folder with that new value.
