Standard Approvals Failure

Anyone else having issues with the Standard Approvals in PA?  It's giving us an error. "The request failed. Error code: '504'. Error Message: 'Request to the backend service timed out'."

    I just checked the PPAC and there are no known issues related to this connector. Also, I had a few flows using the approvals connector that ran earlier today (afternoon at EST time zone) without issues. 
     
    Are you experiencing this issue in a particular flow/environment?
