Power Automate Flow Getting Stuck During Execution - Need Assistance

Hello Team,

My Power Automate flow is getting stuck during execution. Sometimes it stops after the first action, and other times after the second action. It has been running for 3 - 4 hours without moving to the next step.

Additionally, some previous flows have taken up to 12 hours to complete. However, when I open the flow and check the actions, it shows that they complete within 1 minute.

Could anyone please help me understand what the issue might be?

Is there any limit on user actions or flow runs? How can I check if any limits have been exceeded?

For how long are you experiencing this problem? In your other flow (the 12 hours one), is the issue happening with an action from SharePoint connector too? If yes, do you have too many flows running at the same time using SharePoint connector? (or other services sending HTTP requests to SharePoint)

It is possible that you are facing a throttling limit, which for SharePoint connector is 600 requests per minute.

    Hello @rzaneti,

I recently started facing this issue. I originally created this flow about one month ago, but I had turned it off. When I turned it back on, multiple instances started running at the same time.

I cancelled all other runs and ensured that only one instance of the flow was running, as you suggested. It is possible that the connector limit has been reached.

I have now stopped the flow from running for more than two days. The flow is scheduled to run on Saturday, and after that, I will be able to confirm whether the issue was due to the limit being reached or if there is another problem.

If I continue to face this issue, I will investigate further and let you know.
