I am looking for help with triggering an automation. I want the user to be able to trigger it when they have selelected an email, everything tells me there is a trigger for this, however, I cant see it for love nor money

    I don't believe there is a trigger for a selected email but you could create a folder in the inbox. Then you can you use the "When a new email arrives" and point it to that folder. So then the user would just have to move the email to the folder to kick off the flow.

    No such trigger in the Power Automate, If you really need to do something after selecting an email in Outlook/OWA, create an add-in.
