Connecting "blogger"

I am having trouble connecting blogger and twitter. I keep getting the following:

    Hi @bquelch,

     

    The error message should be related with the API quota usage.

    For Google blogger API usage, please verify the usage under the API console:

    Capping API usage

    Blogger API: Using the API

    For Twitter API, see:

    API Rate Limits

    Specially for Twitter API, "If real-time information is an aim of your application, look into The Streaming APIs".
