Attempting to Build a flow to automate my follow up reply emails replying all to my previous message with a new message referring to the below chain

Hey all,

I've been struggling to come up with a flow to get this to work. I've attempted to build a flow here are some screenshots and I am getting a error saying "The response is not in a JSON format."

I may be way off on what I'm trying to do but essentially I'm trying to have this follow up on my original outlook bulk email I sent out and instead of manually going in and individually replying all to each email I was looking to have power automate reply all with my desired response when I choose to trigger it. My theory is it is related to the message ID but I'm not entirely sure.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

In your reply to e-mail action, it looks like you put the subject line where it is looking for the ID of the e-mail to reply to. Based on the screen shots of your flow, I don't know how you would get the ID since your trigger action is not an Outlook trigger. You probably want to replace the Reply to e-mail action with a Send email action instead.

Would that allow it to reply to my previous message including the current chain of emails already sent below?

Based on the images you posted, I don't see any incoming e-mail actions to reply to. The reply to email action is designed to work in conjunction with the trigger actions related to receiving e-mail. For example:

What if I didn't get a reply back from the person and as a reminder I send them my follow up email and have that automated. Does that make sense? I don't foresee getting an email from them and automatically responding so that's why I want a reply to the email I already sent with another email attached in the chain.

Sorry for the delay, it has been very busy the past couple of days. I don't really understand what you are trying to accomplish, but I don't believe what you are asking is possible.

I tried using the new AI engine for generating the flow based on what I thought you were seeking, but that did not work. It ended up creating a flow that gets all the group members, sends them an e-mail, and then deletes them from the group:

This is what I asked it to create: "Send an e-mail with options to multiple people and send a reminder if they have not responded within seven days."

The AI option is currently only available in North America. If you are in NA, maybe give it a try to see what it comes up. If you are not in NA but want me to give it a try, write out how you would describe it to an AI engine, and I will see what it generates. I have had no luck with it.

This is solid and I'll give it an attempt. I tried having the AI builder do it for me with no dice so I'll see if this flow can produce something similar. Basically the idea is a send one bulk mail email campaign and right now I would have to manually go down each individual email I sent and follow up by replying all to the email and asking to refer to the email below essentially. I believe instead of me going down each individual email there's a way I can get power automate to do it. Just haven't quite go there yet. Hope that reveals some extra context!
