files on sharepoint are not getting synced with my power automate flow

i am working on microsoft power automate and i created the dummy folder to run this flow, but i am not seeing all the folders inside this dummy folder when my flow actually executes. I can see the flow work for older folders. I need it to work for new folders as well.
