I have a question about automating IcM creation. I am using IcM connector to automatically create my incidents. There is a field “How Found?” in IcM tickets in the portal and I am trying to set it to be “Monitoring” in my automation flow.
I use Power Automate to create tickets and the Power Automate doesn’t have this field available to modify. These are the fields exposed in Power Automate:
I was wondering if you could provide some insights regarding this situation.
