Hello all,

Im trying to automate the upload of some pdf files from sharepoint to dropbox, and im recording the steps using the web recorder but i'm not sure how to grab the button to close the pop up window.

Is there any connector I could use or any advice as to the logic behind that? Thanks in advance,

You could try Alt + F4 with the Send Keys action if the UI Element selector isn't working.

Try using Sendkeys or 'Move mouse to image', capture the button image and then 'Send mouse click'

    Cheers,

    Ankesh

Are you looking to select the file and close the box?

If so, using selectors capture the Ui elements for the filename box and the Submit button.

Then type the name of the file in the box and click the Submit button.

Since you also asked about a connector, it is available in Cloud Flows (flow.microsoft.com)

It is easily possible to achieve this over there but not sure if you want to do it via Cloud flows.

If so, below is a readymade template for Dropbox to Sharepoint. You can modify the same to do it from Sharepoint to Dropbox.

Copy files between Dropbox and SharePoint

    Hello, excuse my tardiness.

What you suggest is useful, but I am trying to upload files from a local folder to any online repository (in this case Dropbox as a way to find out whether it's possible, but eventually it would be to Ariba).

Are there any connectors or flows that would let me upload the contents of a local folder? Could i do it with the screen recorder? Thanks in advance,

If you are still referring to the Cloud Flows then File System is a readymade connector used to access local files.
