Convert file Word to PDF failed (using OneDrive)

The flow using one drive to convert word to pdf is failed. Anyone can help me to solve this problem. 
PS. This flow was running smoothly until last week.

    Based on your error message and screenshot provided, this should be the backend outage issue as we received the notification from the internal, this is the description and current latest status for this issue, please kindly check if the issue has been fixed for now:

     

    Title: Users can't convert Word documents to PDFs using the Word Online (Business) connector in Microsoft Power Automate

    User impact: Users couldn't convert Word documents to PDFs using the Word Online (Business) connector in Microsoft Power Automate.

    Current status: We've investigated a problem in which users couldn't convert Word documents to PDFs using the Word Online (Business) connector within Microsoft Power Automate. and we confirmed that service is now restored. We'll provide additional information in a closure summary within the "History" section of the "Service health" dashboard shortly.
