We have a premium Power BI service and a premium Power Automate license. I use PBI Desktop to make reports and upload them to the PBI service.

We would like to export data from the PBI report, from a specific tab named "tab2", and automatically email the Excel file to recipients on a recurring schedule.

I'm trying to use Power Automate to open the website for the report. But to export the data to Excel I have to move my mouse over the table viz, at which point a menu appears in the top right of the table viz. My plan is to click the 3 dots on this menu then click "Export" but PA is unable to click the 3 dots.

Is there a way to automate sending an Excel file from a PBI report on a recurring schedule?
