Convert Look Up Field To Text

Hey, I was creating a flow that would create a new record whereas I would like to fill the "Requested Position" field with something from look up entity field. However, instead of a string it shows me the ID. Is there any way I could have its label instead of id? Thanks in advance!

You will have to add an action before the create record action to Get A record from CDS and then in the entity select the entity from which the lookup value needs to be retrieved. In the Id attribute, pass the GUID value (Posisi(Value)) in your example. Now in the create record action, you can select the "Name" field from the Get a Record action.
