Why is Convert Word to PDF a premium feature

Why are the features like "Convert Word to PDF" and "Populate a Microsoft Word Template" premium? They are part of the Office 365 family and and should be available to those with E3 or E5 licenses without having to spend additional dollars on them. What else may be moving from standard to premium in the future?

Hi @stgiesbrecht ,

The "Convert Word to PDF" and "Populate a Microsoft Word Template" are premium connectors in microsoft flow currently and we couldn't know if there are any conenctors would be moved from standard to premium in the future.

If you don't want the "Convert Word to PDF" and "Populate a Microsoft Word Template" conenctors be the premium connectors, please submit an idea to flow ideas forum:

I've asked the same question before (and do not see MS moving into that direction). The reason given was that these connectors use an API that is not available elsewhere.
