    hi,

Thanks a lot for the reply.

still it doesn't work i need to know will the gateway appear in MS floe drop down only when we enter correct username and password?

i am using my personal laptop and using official o365 account to access MS Flow in this scenario what will be my username and password will it be my system username/ password or my official accounts username / password? please suggest.

i can see gateway in app admin enter but same is not reflecting in MS Flow or in power apps.

i am totally confused please guide me( adding snap below)

The On Premise Data Gateway connector is available in the Data > Gateways area of the Power Automate site. As long as your gateway is running and connected on your laptop, you will be able to add On Premise Data Gateway Connector to your Flows.

    Hi,

I was not able use the UI flow gate way because of our internal IT issues. I therefore used "Power BI - On-premises data gateway (personal mode)" and it could be selected used for UI flows as well.

You can download the gateway here - https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/gateway/ and select personal mode during installation.

Let me know if it works for you.

    Best,
    Abhi

Re: Unable to make connection in UI FLow

    Hi @Anonymous,

That means that this feature is not yet available for your environment. You can try this out by creating a new environment, or, wait until the feature is rolled out everywhere, which will be a few weeks.

The public preview of attended automation will be enabled for all new environments by the end of the week and enabled for all existing environments before the end of November.

Re: Unable to make connection in UI FLow

    Hi @Anonymous,

You'll have to do this once per device:

    • Connection name: Choose a name for the device to Flow connection. It can be different than the gateway name.

    • Username: Provide your device’s work or school account. (Domain\Username)

    • Password: Your work or school account’s password.

    • Gateway: Select the gateway that you created during the installation. (If you do not install a gateway in your system, you can head to there download and install it)

For more information about how to run UI Flow from other Flows, you can refer to this document:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/ui-flows/run-ui-flow
