Hello everyone !

I have created a flow linked to sharepoint when the file is created to send an e-mail for a specific user. But what i am trying to do if the user did not approve for the e-mail in 48 hours i want the same e-mail to be send to another user.
Can anyone give me a hint how could i do that ?

    Here's how I've done that kind of escalation.

    Set the Timeout in settings on the first approval to P2D. That means the timeout will expire in 2 days.  Then create two parallel paths.  The first is set to run if the approval completes successfully and the second is set to run if the approval times out.  In the second branch send the approval to the other person for completion. Its not a perfect solutin because you can't cancel the first approval email that was sent, but otherwise it works fine.  Here's a screenshot of that portion.

    @Julien2

    Do you simply want an email sent to another user after a specified period of time or do you want to escalate the approval?  By escalate, I mean cancelling the original approval and creating a new approval with another approver?

    If you truly want to escalate the approval here are links to two videos (one of which is mine) that explain how to do that:

    @Pstork1 I am following your steps. First, I set the timeout in Send Approval To Manager to P2D is it right ?
    After that i create wait for approval and then i created 2 different scopes as you said but my question is when the approval is completed successfuly what action should i add or i keep it empty ? In other action when the approval timesout i set settings to "Skipped" then i add send an email to the other manager. Is it right like this?
    What i edit image

    Thanks for help!

    You should set the Timeout in the settings for Wait for an Approval.  The Create Approval just creates the Approval and moves on.  Its waiting for the Reply that will time out if they don't respond. Set one of the scopes to run when the previous action was successful (that would be the Wait for an Approval).  In that Scope do whatever you would do with the reply that comes back. Set the other scope for Timed Out.  Put the actions in there to send a second approval. If you do anything after those two scopes come back together, that needs to be set to run it the previous actiosn were successful or skipped. The scope that doesn't run will cause an error if the next one in line isn't set to run if its skipped.
