Hi, Is it possible to have a trigger in Outlook Quick Steps to send an email with attachments to MS Planner and create a card in a specific bucket? This can be done in Trello because it has email addresses for each plan but I cnnot see it in Planner.

    Hi @Rammy1957 ,

It seems you want to add attachments to a task in Planner from the email.

I am afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

There is no option for you to add attachments with the 'Create a task' action of Planner.

    Hi @Rammy1957

As @v-zhos-msft  has pointed out, there is no direct action in flow that supports adding attachments.

But as a workaround, you can save the attachments to SharePoint or Onedrive "When the email arrives in outlook" or the trigger you are using. Next step is to get the URL of the attachment file. Then you create a task in planner and add an action to update the task details and add the attachment URL in the references as shown in the screenshot below: planner.png

    Hope this Helps!

Thank you for the reply. I am more interested to see if I can create a Quick Step in Outlook to make a card in planner on an email I have received.
