List Rows Present Error - Error Failed to retrieve dynamic outputs

I have a flow thats been running for 2 years now and for some reason last friday I started receiving this error.

I've tried to recreate the flow, re-establish the connection and nothing seems to work.

Happens when Power Automate can’t locate the Excel table it’s trying to access:

Below are the common reasons - Please verify below points:

1. Excel file was moved, renamed, or deleted

2. Table name changed or was removed

3. Flow’s account doesn’t have permission to access the file

1. Excel file is there
2. Table name wasnt changed (its a new file im trying to redirect the action there)

3. The file is under the account

Hi @honganhuynh1,

Are you passing any dynamic content to the action? If so, please share the action properties fully, when you select manually is it identifying the Table correctly?
