We have a Teams which contain around 40++ planner plans. The managers are facing troubles when they want to see all the tasks from all the planner plans assigned to certain user. Currently to do this, they need to go to each individual plan and do the filter.
So i am thinking of this approach:-
1) build a canvas app which calls a power automate flow and pass the assignedTo user
2) the power automate flow uses Graph API or planner connector, to fetch all the plans assigned to a group >> return the data to power apps
3) shows the tasks inside a power apps gallery.
will this work? and have anyone done similar thing before?
