Sharepoint [Online] "When an item is created" not starting immediately (delayed)

I have a workflow that was developed in a dev site, and then exported and imported into our production site.  There were some site parmeters that had to be updated, but we got that all configured correctly.

Now the issue is that our "When an item is created" flow, that would immediately start running in dev, does not start for almost 5 minutes.  It eventually kicks off and does its work, but if there were multiple items created during the "down time", they all end up doing basically the same thing.

What is going on?  Is there some kind of governor limit on my site that I am not aware of?  We have other flows that would run immediately when an item is created.  This one is admittedly more complicated, but not excessvely so.

I'm afraid my user isn't gonig to like waiting for this to work.  😞

Yes I'm seeing this same problem. Seems that the time to trigger is quite random, sometimes it's every minute and then the next day it takes 5 minutes to trigger.

    Hi @joshcsmith13,

What flow plan are you using now?

The flow has different check frequency for different flow plan as screenshot below:

Please check your flow plan to see what is the max check frequency for your plan.

    Best regards,

    Alice
