Even if someone were willing to assist with writing all of the steps out for what you need to do, you have not defined what you are trying to do well enough for anyone to provide any useful guidance. For example:

What do you mean by "catches data from Excel"?
- Is the flow supposed to trigger when an Excel file us updated?
- Is the flow supposed to be scheduled, and when it runs, it pulls data from an Excel file?
- Something else?
What does auto update in Chrome Web mean?
- I assume Chrome Web refers to the Google Chrome browser.
- What needs to be updated and how? Are you updating the data in the Excel file?
