Getting error: cloud connector call failed with status code '423' on Create file action

Hello,

I have been getting Cloud connector call failed with status code '423' error on Power Automate desktop.

This error, I get on 'Create file' operation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/onedriveforbusiness/#create-file

I am copying a SharePoint file with 'Get file content' action. Please note that SharePoint location is only accessible to me.

And next with 'Create file' action, I am creating a folder and a file within that folder. If the folder is already available, it simply creates the file.

At times, it works fine but fails at some random times.

Did anyone get same error and how were you able to resolve the same?

The 423 error usually indicates the file is locked by a user. It might be that it's locking the folder when it's being created. Have you tried separating the folder creation and the file creation into separate actions?

Actually I am the only user who has access to that file so being locked by other user has no possibility. One thing, I noticed is that Excel process do keep running at the backend even if we close the Excel file, so for that I have put 'Terminate process' action(for Excel) at the start and end of my flow. But I still get locking error.

Still getting the "Cloud connector call failed with status code '423'" on 'Create File' action even though I separated the folder creation and the file creation into separate actions.

Not sure as to why this is happening. Is there any other workaround?
