still running into this.
 
The flow is stopped working on files.   Error states the file is locked for shared use.  
 
NOTE:  file is not locked.  Nor is it open anywhere.  It been on the sharepoint site for weeks.  
 
I have done the rename thing as well as a copied version.  (File is Always locked and cannot get processed)
 
any suggestions ?

    Thanks, but not even close to being relevant.
     
    I have a flow.   When a file is created, I just pull the ID.    I cannot pull the ID as power automate thinks the file is open.  (It is not)
     
    I have "Copied" that file, uploaded it to the doc set, and same issue.  (File cannot be opened, it thinks its locked)
     
    No files are being opened, sent, or even viewed.  Just an uploaded file.   Power automate sees the file, but cannot open it to get the metadata as it thinks its locked.
     
    Any ideas ?
